The Central city library will host a literary and musical evening dedicated to the memory of the poet and prose writer Niyaz Akmal.

A member of the Union of writers of the Republic of Tatarstan Niyaz Akmal became known as an original poet and talented prose writer. His books, including "Uchak" ("Fire"), "Uz uramym" ("Own street"), "Tenzilekei-gulkei", "Kuzlaremnen Tose uzgermede" ("the Color of my eyes has not changed") won the hearts of readers.

N. Akmal also wrote numerous journalistic articles, essays, feuilletons.

It is expected to meet with fellow countrymen and classmates of the poet. Ilgiz Zakirov, Niyaz Hamatshin, Aydar Timerbayev and other guests of the evening will perform songs on the words of the poet.
