The city ecological festival "Green wave" (further the Festival) is held for pupils and students of educational institutions of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny within the all-Russian days of protection from ecological danger.

The festival is organized by the reference Department of the Central city library of MBU "Centralized library system" of Naberezhnye Chelny in conjunction with MODO "Children's ecological and biological center No. 4", ecological movement "Garbage.
