The Central city library will host the qualifying round of the Championship in reading aloud in Russian "open your mouth". Anyone over 18 years old can take part in the championship by registering for free on the Website. The event will start at 16:00 hours to the address: Naberezhnye Chelny, Yamashev Boulevard, 4/14A.

According to the rules of the championship, participants in an informal setting read aloud without preparation selected by the organizers of the texts, the jury evaluates the technique and artistry of reading, and the winner receives a prize from a partner of the Championship — publishing Ad Marginem. In the season 2018-2019 the Championship will be held in more than 200 cities of Russia, Paris, Strasbourg, London and others.the final of the Championship will be held in the summer of 2019 in Moscow.

Publisher Ad Marginem this season-the main partner of the Championship. All winners in their cities receive books from the publishing house as a gift.
