On November 3, the Central city library of Naberezhnye Chelny joins the all-Russian action "Night of arts-2018"! This is the best time to have fun and to spend a festive evening. This year's "night of arts "will be held under the motto" art unites " and will be dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the opening of the art Department in the Central city library.

The action is designed for people of all ages. Guests will enjoy an exciting and informative program of events from 15.00 to 20.00 hours: the opening of the exhibition of artists, meetings with famous poets and musicians of Chelny, various workshops, educational quizzes and much more.
