From 12 till 18 Feb 2018 Association of figures of culture, art and education by introducing children to reading "raising a reader" will hold the Second all-Russian action "Give the book of love" dedicated to the International day of knigomania, which since 2012 is celebrated on February 14 in more than 30 countries.
The main idea of the festival is to inspire people around the world to give children good books and to show that paper book remains relevant as a gift and does not lose its value even in the age of technology.
The city libraries will host various events and activities to support children's reading.
