The obrofest "If not me, then who?" is an event dedicated to the year of the volunteer movement and held in the Central City Library.

We invite you to take part in this kind festival on February 28 from 13 to 16 o'clock.
An interesting and rich program is waiting for you, specially prepared for all age categories.
The opening of the festival will take place at 13:00, with a performance by the campaign team "Field Post Herat" under the leadership of G.A. Baglaeva.
At 14:00, an interactive discussion "Social volunteers and where they help" will begin, which will be held by the team of social volunteers "Time to help" under the leadership of I.I. Vakhitova.
Also at 14:00, the play "Unforgettable Fellow Travelers" will be shown for you, the author of which is Olga Drey, and the director is E.A. Zapolskaya.
