"Leisyan" – on the poetic wave"

On December 22, 2023, at 13.00, the central city library will host a meeting within the framework of the 60th anniversary of the city literary association "Leisyan", which conducts its work at the Naberezhnye Chelny branch of the Writers' Union of the Republic of Tatarstan. The association was established in the autumn of 1963 and unites poets, prose writers, literary critics and other creative workers of Avtograd who write in the Tatar language. During the event, school librarians of the city and the Tukayevsky district will get acquainted with the work of Leysyanov residents, writers and journalists will share their memories of the first leaders and members of the association. The event will be decorated with performances by famous performers based on the words of the Naberezhnye Chelny authors
