The event will be held within the framework of the "Keep calm and enjoy" program. The children will have a conversation about two artists – Kazimir Malevich and Vasily Kandinsky. Several works by artists will be considered. Children will learn to express their opinion about paintings by referring to their own emotional experience. They will also get acquainted with the trends of modern fine art, the leaders of which were Malevich and Kandinsky – suprematism and abstractionism.

In the second part of the event, an exciting master class "A la artist" will be held: the participants of the event will create their own painting in the style of Russian abstract artists.

The event will be accompanied by an exhibition of books from the Art Department Foundation.
