In the art department of the Central City Library, together with the editorial office of the newspaper "Komesh kangyrau", a musical and literary evening dedicated to the memory of the artist-designer Fail Islam will be held under the title "Homer - Tashkent, aksa, aida aksyn ...". His name is very familiar to children's writers, book publishers and readers of children's newspapers and magazines.

Visitors of the evening will get acquainted with the work of a talented artist. His relatives, relatives and colleagues will also take part in the meeting.
