New Year ... A magical, bright, noisy holiday with a sea of gifts, surprises, wishes. Adults and children are waiting for him, they meet him at home and at work, at school and kindergarten… The librarian will congratulate the children on the upcoming holiday, tell them about the traditions of celebrating the New Year in different countries of the world, about the history of the New Year tree, and, of course, about the kind gift giver - Santa Claus. The guests of the event will guess funny riddles, remember proverbs and sayings about winter, read poems about winter-winter. A book exhibition "Winter is a time of miracles" will be organized for the event, where children will choose their favorite books for home.
