On October 4, Library and Information Center No. 1 will hold a rest evening "Wise Autumn happy moments". The program of the evening will include not only wonderful congratulations, but also acquaintance with the history of the holiday "Day of the Elderly", the peculiarities of its holding in different countries. The librarian will tell the participants of the holiday about Russian folk autumn traditions, about how in the old days it was customary to arrange autumn cabbage gardens, where you could taste pies, listen to ancient legends, learn folk signs, sing songs and play games. The guests of the holiday will communicate with each other, will remember their youth and funny stories from life, read poetry. During the evening, fun contests and games will be held. Schoolchildren will perform concert numbers.
