February 27 at the library-branch № 14 from 8.00 to 16.00 will be held 3 city competition of readers "Native language - living water spring", dedicated to the International day of the native language. Pupils of preschool educational institutions of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny are invited to participate in the competition. The program of performances can include one work of writers of Russia, the Republic of Tatarstan and the CIS.
