We invite you on April 7 to the Inspiration club for the health fair "And everything is great with us!". During the event, the topics of proper nutrition, physical activity, stress management of elderly people will be touched upon. Librarians will demonstrate books and magazines about a healthy lifestyle to the audience, with the help of a presentation they will tell in detail about preserving health, prolonging youth, beauty and longevity.
