3, 4 and 5 November 2016 the country will host the all-Russian action "Night of arts" under the motto "Time to create". The main activities of the campaign will be timed to the Year of Russian cinema and to the Day of national unity.
The action will take part more than 70 Russian regions. Museums, libraries, theatres of the country have prepared more than 1000 events, among them — meetings with writers, actors, artists, musicians, various workshops, concerts, performances, exhibitions.
