In order to preserve and strengthen spiritual values, revive ancestral national traditions and on the basis of the Decree of the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan, R.N. Minnikhanov, the year 2023 in Tatarstan was declared the "Year of National Cultures and Traditions". A respectful dialogue between representatives of all the peoples of the large Tatarstan family, concern for the preservation and development of languages, culture, traditions is an invaluable asset of Tatarstan, which must be protected. The Uryazbash rural Library for children of junior and middle classes organizes an ethnographic video tour "Cultures and traditions of the peoples of the Republic of Tatarstan".
