The purpose of the event is to foster a sense of patriotism and citizenship among young people. The event is a historical and literary meeting, where the participants will get acquainted with the history of the area in which they live, as well as the literary fund of the library on a historical and local history theme. The historical and literary meeting will be dedicated to one of the central districts of the city of Kazan, the capital of Tatarstan - Novo-Savinovsky.
