Tatar books in Latin script was published in 1928-1939. Since 1939,Tatar books have been published in Cyrillic.

 The several books in Latin script was published in Tatarstan in 2002:

  1. Wagizov S.G. Latin grafikasi nigezendә Әlifba: Эксперим.уку ярдәмлеге. – Казан: Мәгариф, 2002. – 55б.
  2. Xaqov, Waxit. Telen belgәn il acar: Латин граф.нигезендә уку һ.язу күнекмәләре:Уку ярдәмлеге. – Казан: Мәгариф, 2002. – 64б. – яңалиф.
  3. Xaqov, Wахit. Uqu kitabi: Eksperimental' uqu yәrdәmlege. – Qazan: Мәgәrif, 2002. – 64b.
  4. Еники, Әмирхан. Maturliq: Xikәyәlәr. – Qazan: Mәgәrif, 2002. – 128b. – ("Mәgәrif"nәsriәteneң uku zali; 5). – Латин граф.

The number of published books in Cyrillic was about 637 in 2002. All of them are in  the collection of the National library of Tatarstan.
