As part of the International Day of Liberation of Prisoners of Nazi Camps, which is celebrated on April 11, the library will host an event dedicated to this event. The children will learn about the tragic events of the Second World War and about the fate of millions of people who became victims of the Nazi regime. During the review, we will look at the key moments in the history of the fascist camps, starting with their creation and ending with the release of prisoners. Participants will be able to learn about how the camps functioned, what living conditions the prisoners experienced, as well as about the heroism of those who fought for their freedom and lives. Special attention will be paid to the memories of survivors who told their stories preserved in literature and documentary materials.
