Smoking is one of the most significant threats to human health. The problem of teenage smoking is particularly acute now. In this regard, the library invites teenagers to a conversation, the purpose of which is to form a negative attitude to smoking. At the beginning of the event, the librarian will tell students about what tobacco is, introduce them to the history of its distribution, statistics of people who smoke. Then, with the help of a slide presentation, they will talk in more detail about the harm that smoking causes to human health, both smokers and "passive" smokers. The guys will see what a smoker's lungs are, what irreversible processes in the brain are caused by tobacco consumption and where the saying "a drop of nicotine kills a horse" came from.
