October 7 – within the framework of the decade of the elderly, the volunteer team “Biblio Volunteers” and the staff of the Arsky district Children's Library visited the pupils of the Arsky boarding house for the elderly and disabled. As you know, today in the first half of the working day, within the framework of the project “Creative workshop for children and adolescents with disabilities “Kindness without Borders”” with the support of the Presidential Grants Fund, we held a master class “Gift for grandparents” with the pupils of the rehabilitation center “The Source of Hope”. The volunteers, on behalf of the children, congratulated the elderly people of the Arsky boarding school on the holiday, presented postcards with warm wishes and presented sweets for tea. It is very important for the elderly that the younger generation treats this holiday with respect. The most important thing on this day is to pay attention to people of respectable age and remember that the older generation needs love and care every day!
