Harvest Festival

Since ancient times, the Tatar people, after the end of harvesting in the fields and gardens, began to prepare a harvest festival for the holiday of Sumbula. The holiday of autumn abundance was tried to be met with great pleasure, rich tables were laid. In each house, various cakes were baked from fresh flour, chak-chak and baursaks were served on the tables, which served as a symbol of prosperity.
