Rashid Bashar is a poet, children's writer, laureate of the prize of the Union of Writers of Tatarstan named after Abdullah Alish, a member of the Union of Writers of Tatarstan. Laureate of the literary prizes named after S. Suleymanov (2018) and Sh. Galiev (2020). Rashid Bashar is known to readers mainly as a children's writer. He was born on October 7, 1949 in the village of Yaail, Kukmor district of the Republic of Tatarstan. On the poet's birthday, a Poetry Reading Day will be held in the library.
