"Where did the Alphabet come from"

May 24 is the Day of Slavic Writing and Culture. The lesson - journey was attended today by students of the 14th lyceum. We got acquainted with the great Slavic enlighteners, brothers Cyril and Methodius, as well as the history of the Cyrillic alphabet. We learned the names of the letters, remembered the proverbs about the benefits of learning. We collected puzzles, solved crosswords, riddles, showed imagination by depicting letters in the form of funny little men. Every person learning Russian should know and keep in mind the history of their native language.
