Maslenitsa is an ancient Slavic holiday that we inherited from pagan culture, preserved after the adoption of Christianity. This is a fun holiday with folk games, contests, round dances and entertainment. The children of kindergarten No. 40 listened to the history of the holiday and its traditions and customs. We got acquainted with the symbol of the holiday – Maslenitsa. We learned proverbs and sayings about Maslenitsa. They solved riddles, played the game "hot pancake", drew pancakes, led a round dance. The guys really liked the event, they were interested and actively participated in it.
