"On a visit to Chukovsky"

is the mission of every library to introduce children to reading. The first acquaintance of preschoolers with the library should remain in their memory with vivid impressions. The excursion for the pupils of kindergarten No. 47 coincided with the anniversary date of Korney Chukovsky. Therefore, Dr. Aibolit appeared in the reading room. He presented the fairy tales of the children's writer, read excerpts from them, made riddles. The kids amicably helped to voice the fairy tale "Confusion" and stage excerpts from the works: "Telephone", "Moidodyr".

The children were very pleased to get acquainted with the fund, book exhibitions, periodicals, learned special terminology, rules for visiting the library.
