Can we help disabled people? Kind attitude, kind deed? This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan. Based on the works of F. Yarullina, M. Loginova, G. Sagirova we tried to understand the mental state of a person. Fate can prepare people for unexpected turns, troubles and even misfortunes. Only a man faithful to his conscience can prove his innocence on trials.
