"Emotional self-regulation"

Monthly meetings are held in Library No. 37 as part of the implementation of the project "Socially active", which won the competition of Presidential grants of the Russian Federation. This meeting with a psychologist from the Territorial Center for Social Assistance to Families and Children "Vesta" Emelyanova N. united mothers and daughters. Artistic and creative exercises helped the audience to understand their psychoemotional states very easily.

All the children who attended this lesson began to attend other mass events of the library. Therefore, work in this direction needs to be developed.
