"Get ready for the road, go for health" for the All-Russian Gymnastics Day

Today, as part of the weekend club at the Academy of Talents, the guys participated in the quest game "Get ready for the path, go for health", timed to the All-Russian Gymnastics Day. After all, gymnastics is not only one of the most popular types of physical culture and sports, but also one of the oldest.
The guys got acquainted with different types of gymnastics and its history. Then the librarian invited the participants to go through the health stations. Children with great interest collected and voiced proverbs about a healthy lifestyle, nutrition, guessed riddles, searched for a treasure of medicinal plants "Folk Medicine". Through outdoor games with each station, the fastest, most agile and savvy participants were identified. For example: "Flying on the core", "Jump rope", etc.
In conclusion, the children concluded that it is very important for our health to exercise, keep clean, eat right, walk in the fresh air and play sports. The event was fun and informative.
