The library has 3 departments:
• Children's department.
This Department serves children of preschool, primary and secondary school age.
• Season ticket
This Department is visited by children of 8 and 9 classes, students of colleges and Universities, as well as the adult population of our city. Literature is issued home for 15 days.
• Reading room.
In this hall reference literature about the Republic of Tatarstan, local history editions, Republican and local periodicals are widely presented.
