2021 has been declared the year of native languages and national unity. In this regard, on February 18, 2021, at the Central City Library named after him. Musa Jalil will host the VII Library Festival of national cultures and literatures of the peoples of the region - «Many-faced Chelny».

The festival is organized by the National and Local History Department of the library together with the House of Friendship of Peoples "Rodnik".

The festival is dedicated to the International Mother Language Day. The festival will be attended by representatives of Tatar, Bashkir, Chuvash, Mari, Armenian, German, Kryashen, Azerbaijani nationalities living in the city.
