April 3, 2018 Central city library. Jalil the city of Naberezhnye Chelny in conjunction with the Central library. G. Tukay of Nizhnekamsk will host a regional literary online-tournament "Tolstoy is great and this is the mystery" devoted to the Year of L. N. Tolstoy in the Republic of Tatarstan. The Tournament will be attended by teams of eighth graders from schools Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and Zainsk.
