The National and Local History Department of the Central City Library of the MBU "Centralized Library System" of Naberezhnye Chelny invites you to take part in the IV Regional Literary Festival "Tylsymly kalam = Magic Pen".

The festival is held in order to identify, support, unite talented people in the field of literary creativity in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, the Republic of Tatarstan and promote their works to the reader.

Literature lovers from 7 years old and older living in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan are invited to participate in the festival.

The festival will be held on November 25, 2021 in the Central City Library. Literary contests, creative meetings with writers and poets, round tables, book exhibitions will be organized within the framework of the festival.
