"Voices of the war of the past" (within the X International campaign "Read to children about the war”)

On may 8, as part of the X International campaign "Read to children about the war", organized by the Samara regional children's library dedicated to the victory Day, the children's library held a literary hour of reading aloud - “Voices of the war of the past”. The event was held in conjunction with the students of the 4 “b” class ASOSH number 1.
It is impossible to tell about war, without having understood all grief and without having realized the most awful tests which fell to the lot of the Russian people and to the share of those who remained in the back. For a complete picture of the war, you need to read more books on military topics!
To read aloud a work of art about the war years, students were presented a book by L. F. Voronkova “a Girl from the city”. Children got acquainted with the first Chapter “How a girl in a blue bonnet appeared in the village of Nechaev”. This book is about a normal girl Valentine's day card, in front of which killed the mother. Fortunately, Valentine was not left alone. In those dashing days came to her aid strangers. But the other woman was her mother.
Friends, today we live with you a peaceful, happy life and know about the war only by hearsay. Appreciate your life and remember, we are indebted to those who sacrificed their only life for the sake of peace on earth!
