A solemn presentation of passports of the citizen of the Russian Federation

 February 22 in the district children's library held a solemn presentation of passports of Russian citizens to young residents of Arsk and Arsky district, who have reached the age of 14. Our employee Gulnaz Shakirzyanova acquainted with interesting facts and the history of the passport and noted that obtaining a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation is an important stage in everyone's life. The solemn ceremony alternated with congratulatory messages from the representative people of the district and concert performances. We wish the children to become proud parents and worthy citizens of our country!
