"The pages of books of Leo Tolstoy" (literary hour)

 In library day pupils extended group OOS No. 3, weekly I try to visit the children's library.
2 Feb for them was held a literary hour "the pages of books Leo Tolstoy's" dedicated to the Year of Tolstoy in RT.
At the event, the guys listened with interest the story of the librarian about the childhood and youth of the writer, learned interesting facts about what is Leo Tolstoy opened a school on his estate for peasant children of Yasnaya Polyana. A specific program of teaching then was not. The only task of teachers was to interest class. The classes were successful, they were led by Tolstoy himself, with a few permanent teachers. Leo himself wrote "ABC" to teach children to read, and he knew 16 languages. He loved children and had a big family (educated wife and nine children).
 It should be noted that no cautionary tales, stories, fables L. N. Tolstoy's children's literature is very difficult to imagine. His famous works have been made into movies and cartoons.
 At the end of the event, the children watched a cartoon "Jump" based on the work of the writer.
