"The Dictionary is the Universe in alphabetical order" (Library and Bibliographic game)
The library and bibliographic game "Dictionary is the Universe in alphabetical order" was held in the Arsky district children's library, the participants of which were students of the 3rd "A" class of ASOS No. 1. An inquisitive Know-it-all came to meet the children. She talked to the children about their favorite books, reminded them of the careful handling of books, made riddles, and remembered proverbs about books together.
At the event, the children learned about dictionaries and encyclopedias, about the first creator of dictionaries - Vladimir Ivanovich Dahl, about what dictionaries are different, got to know the explanatory dictionary, the dictionary of foreign words and the dictionary of antonyms and synonyms. We also learned that you can find answers to any questions in encyclopedias. The children actively participated in all the games, and at the end of the event they learned how to use dictionaries themselves.
