"About the Past for the Future" (Historical hour)

On October 29, the Regional Children's Library hosted the historical hour "About the Past for the Future", dedicated to the 800th anniversary of the birth of A. Nevsky. Students of the 7th B grade ASOSH # 1 got acquainted with the biography of Alexander Nevsky, a man traditionally considered by Russian historians to be a Russian national hero, a true Christian ruler, guardian of the Orthodox faith and freedom of the people. The children also watched a film about the life of Alexander Nevsky. In the most difficult times for Russia, his name was always mentioned as an example of a staunch and courageous defender of the Orthodox faith and the fatherland.
