Presentation of the book series "Young heroes of the great war»

 A whole generation was deprived of childhood. But where do those whose childhood was during the terrible years of the war come from?
 To answer this question, research was conducted on the basis of reliable sources, undistorted memories of the participants of these events, their relatives and friends, archival materials were collected, and eyewitness accounts were recorded. Thanks to the hard work of individuals and groups, a database has been created about young war heroes who contributed a lot to the victory in the great war. The received materials formed the basis of the book "Young heroes of the great war", which consists of four parts. Materials collected in the framework of the project "family photo Chronicles of the great Patriotic war"were also used for the publication of the book.
On October 16, the Regional children's library hosted a presentation of a series of books "Young heroes of the great war" for students of the 7th grades of ASOSH No. 1. The children listened with great curiosity to the speeches about the difficult life of wartime children - home front workers. We watched a musical composition, listened to poems composed by veterans of the great Patriotic war.
