"Flag of Russia" (master class, for the Day of The Russian flag)

 On August 22, the regional children's library hosted an informational and educational hour dedicated to the Day of the National flag of Russia, as well as a master class on making the Russian flag 🇷 🇺 for children of the Istok of Hope rehabilitation center.
