On December 13, the district children's library was visited by pupils of the GAUSO " rehabilitation center for children and adolescents with disabilities "Source of hope" in Arsk municipal district". The children were invited to the library lesson "the kindest profession is a librarian!". They learned the subtleties of the librarian, what qualities a librarian should have, the duties of a librarian.
A librarian is a highly intelligent, erudite person, a connoisseur of fiction, popular science, and special literature. Years of work make the knowledge of the librarian almost encyclopedic. Specialists of the library communicate with readers a lot. This requires high communication skills, tact and emotional endurance. To easily navigate the maze of shelves and thousands of books, you will need a good memory. When compiling catalogs and directories, it is important to be careful and painstaking. And working with rare copies from library archives will require accuracy and responsibility.
And also for children excursion on all departments of regional library where they got acquainted with work of each Department was carried out. They also visited the virtual concert hall, got acquainted with the works of the great Russian composer P. I. Tchaikovsky.
